Form a Wyoming LLC from Saudi Arabia — 100% Remote in 48 Hours

Saudi entrepreneurs, Vision 2030 tech founders, e-commerce operators and SaaS builders use a Wyoming LLC to invoice US clients in USD, unlock Stripe US, and access the world's largest consumer market.

Why Saudi founders are forming Wyoming LLCs in 2026

Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 has produced one of the fastest-growing entrepreneurial ecosystems in the Middle East. Riyadh and Jeddah are now home to thousands of SaaS founders, e-commerce operators, gaming studios and digital-service entrepreneurs — many of whom sell primarily to US customers or through US platforms. The friction is always the same: SAR-denominated invoicing when clients budget in USD, Saudi banking that is excellent locally but slow on international onboarding, and Stripe/PayPal accounts under KSA entities that face vertical restrictions unavailable to US-registered businesses.

A Wyoming LLC solves all three cleanly. You get a US EIN, a US business bank account (Mercury, Relay, Wise Business), full Stripe US, PayPal US, Amazon Seller Central US and clean W-9 onboarding into US enterprise vendor systems. You never move from Saudi Arabia and your existing Saudi commercial registration (سجل تجاري) remains untouched. We file your Wyoming LLC in 48 hours.

Wyoming is the right choice over Delaware for Saudi owners: USD 62 per year vs USD 300+ in Delaware franchise tax, member privacy protected by statute, zero state income tax, and the strongest LLC asset-protection statute in the US. Delaware only makes sense if you plan to raise US venture capital with a C-Corp — which is a small minority of Saudi founders.

Owning a foreign entity as a Saudi resident is legal. Saudi Arabia has no personal income tax on individuals, so LLC distributions to a Saudi national or resident individual are generally not personally taxed in KSA. Zakat obligations on Saudi/GCC-owned businesses and standard ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority) filings continue to apply to any Saudi operating entity — the Wyoming LLC is a separate structure.

Key advantages for Saudi Arabia residents

The wins our Saudi Arabia-based clients report — measured in dollars saved and platforms unlocked.

    USD revenue held in USD

Skip the SAR conversion round-trip on US revenue. Hold USD directly in Mercury or Wise Business, convert to SAR only when you need it for local expenses.

Stripe US and PayPal US, unrestricted

Stripe MENA and PayPal have vertical restrictions and slower onboarding for many Saudi verticals. Stripe US under a Wyoming LLC gives you the full US product surface.

    Wyoming asset protection

The strongest LLC charging-order statute in the US. Personal creditors of a member cannot force liquidation of the LLC — a level of protection no Saudi LLC (شركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة) offers.

    US bank account, fully remote

Mercury, Relay and Wise Business onboard Saudi-owned LLCs 100% remotely. Physical debit cards shipped internationally, ACH, wires, and QuickBooks / Xero integrations.

    US enterprise procurement fit

US buyers prefer US legal entities in AP systems. A Saudi commercial registration triggers foreign-vendor onboarding; a Wyoming LLC files a standard W-9.

App stores, cloud marketplaces & AI platforms

Publishing under a US LLC simplifies Apple, Google Play, AWS Marketplace and OpenAI billing arrangements, and gives clean payout paths from every major US platform.

Wyoming LLC vs Saudi LLC vs freelance permit

Most Saudi entrepreneurs serving international customers today run one of three setups: a Saudi LLC (شركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة under MISA/MoC), a freelance permit (وثيقة عمل حر) for individual professionals, or a mix. None of those unlock stable Stripe US, US bank accounts or clean US W-9 onboarding the way a Wyoming LLC does.

The Wyoming LLC sits alongside — not instead of — your Saudi structure. Common pattern for our KSA-based clients: keep the Saudi LLC for local contracts, Saudi government tenders and Saudi staffing under GOSI; add the Wyoming LLC as the entity contracting with US and global clients and receiving US-platform revenue.

The second common pattern is Wyoming-only for solo operators: if 90%+ of your revenue is US or global-source paid in USD, a Wyoming LLC plus a freelance permit for residual Saudi income is often the simplest structure. Saudi tax framework and your Wyoming LLC

Disclaimer: general information, not personal tax advice. Confirm your specific structure with a ZATCA-registered advisor.

Saudi Arabia does not levy personal income tax on individual residents (Saudi or expatriate) on their worldwide income. Zakat is levied on Saudi and GCC-national-owned businesses at 2.5% of the zakat base; corporate income tax at 20% applies to the non-Saudi/non-GCC ownership share of Saudi-registered businesses. Standard VAT of 15% applies to taxable supplies made inside Saudi Arabia. A Wyoming LLC operating from the US and serving non-Saudi customers generally does not itself create Saudi VAT or zakat exposure — but the LLC's business relationships with your Saudi operating entity or Saudi customers can, and require careful review.

On the US side, a single-member Wyoming LLC owned by a Saudi resident (Saudi national or expatriate) with no US trade or business is treated by the IRS as a disregarded entity and generally owes zero US federal income tax. It must file Form 5472 + pro-forma 1120 annually as information returns; the penalty for missing this is USD 25,000. Our BASIC + IRS Filings annual plan covers it. Note: there is no comprehensive US–Saudi income tax treaty, so certain US-source income (dividends, royalties) paid to Saudi owners may face standard 30% US withholding unless a specific exemption applies.
